The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Installation Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance on compressed air equipment at customer sites across Hampshire and surrounding areas..
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Installation Engineer will ideally have a field Service background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering such as compressors, filtration, pneumatics, hydraulics, nitrogen generators, pipework, vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, valves, rotating equipment or similar compressed air related equipment.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Installation Engineer Role
* To provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and maintenance of compressed air equipment at customer sites.
* The Compressor Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics, fault finding of compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, blowers & dryers, nitrogen generators and other compressed air products.
* Maintain, repair and install air compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers & dryers, nitrogen generators and other compressed air and pneumatic equipment across Hampshire and surrounding areas.
* Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various compressed air equipment.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Installation Engineer Requirements
* Proven diagnostic skills on complicated electrical/mechanical engineering systems.
* Experience as a Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician / Installation Engineer / Compressor Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer or similar.
* The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
* Good working knowledge of three phase electrics and controls is advantageous.
* Field servicing background in compressors, filtration, pneumatics, hydraulics, nitrogen generators, pipework, vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, valves, pumps. motors, rotating equipment, capital equipment is advantageous. Full product training provided.
* A technical mechanical / electrical / electronic / instrumentation qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
