A brand new position exists for an Executive Assistant to join a fantastic, progressive business based in the Bingley area. Our client is a successful construction business that, due to continued growth, is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant/ PA to their Directors. The Role Responsible for providing Executive Assistance to the Preconstruction, Commercial, and Operations Directors, the role involves performing office-based administrative activities proactively and efficiently, enabling all team members to work easily and quickly to maximize efficiency. Qualifications and training * 5 years + in similar role (Office Manager/ Senior Administration/ PA) * Educated to A-level or equivalent * Degree or NVQ desirable * Experience of working with Procore is desirable Technical skills and experience * Computer literate in all Microsoft Office 365 * Experience of managing and maintaining database systems * Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills * Ability to write clear, concise minutes and reports * Experience of working within a small team and/or prioritising own workload * Excellent time keeping, reliability, and personal organisation skills * Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team * Good knowledge of construction practices and standards * Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable * Consistently positive ...
