This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex briefs into seamless live experiences, combining creative flair with sharp project management. The Role As an Events Producer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering both high-profile and intimate events, overseeing each stage from concept through to execution. Whether working solo on smaller-scale projects or supporting larger team-led productions, you’ll be expected to manage logistics, budgets, and stakeholder communications with precision and flair. Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of live events from brief to completion. Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction. Create and present compelling proposals that reflect the unique identity and objectives of each brief. Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to bring events to life. Contribute creative ideas that enhance event impact and attendee engagement. Provide on-site leadership during live events, ensuring smooth execution and team coordination. Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in AV, production and experiential marketing. About You At least 2 years’ experience within a live events agency environment. Strong track record in delivering conferences, awards shows, and branded experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable presenting to clients and guiding them through the event lifecycle. Flexible and open to working outside of standard hours where event schedules demand. Holds a valid driving licence and willing to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
