Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shot Blast Operative to join our clients manufacturing facility based in the Stockton area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shot blasting or surface preparation, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to work a rotating 3-shift pattern. Key Responsibilities: Operate shot blasting equipment safely and efficiently Prepare components for blasting by masking and positioning Inspect completed work to ensure a consistent and high-quality finish Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of blasting equipment Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets Maintain a clean and organised work area Requirements: Previous experience in a shot blasting or similar industrial role Able to work a rotating 3-shift pattern (Days, Backs, Nights) Physically fit and comfortable working in a manual environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and punctual with good communication skills Willing to follow all health, safety, and quality standards Shift Details: 3-shift pattern : Days / Backs / Nights Shift allowance payable: 15% for Back Shift 20% for Night Shift If you're an experienced Shot Blast Operative looking for a stable, long-term role with shift allowances and the opportunity to join a well-established company, wed love to hear from you.
