Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital provider in the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), which is a system of health and care partners working together for our local population.

Main duties of the job
* To support services within the pharmacy department including the Dispensary, Procurement, Oncology, Trials and Homecare
* To work as part of the near patient dispensing team supplying medication to patients both during their stay and at point of discharge on the ward
* To provide advice to patients regarding their medication once fully trained
Previous pharmacy experience would be of benefit, however we welcome applications from those with no previous experience as full training will be given.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Grade C/4 or Above in English and Maths
Desirable criteria
* NVQ level 2 for Pharmacy Dispenser
Experience

* Experience within a Pharmacy setting

* Experience in a hospital setting
