Qualifications & Experience
* NMC registration – Either RGN or RMN
* Demonstrable experience post registration working in a similar setting
* Preferably have worked within a care home or elderly setting
* A commitment to delivering high‑quality care
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Passion & empathy with a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
