Your Responsibilities
️ Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the KS2 curriculum.
️ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
️ Assess and track student progress, using data to inform teaching and interventions.
️ Foster a love of learning through interactive and creative teaching methods.
️ Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the KS2 curriculum.
️ Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of progress.
️ Take part in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
Experience teaching in KS2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
A passion for engaging and inspiring young learners.
Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
