We are working with a speciality manufacturer who are looking to strengthen their ECI team by adding an experienced Electronic / Controls Engineer. This role would suit somebody used to solving complex technical problems within a highly regulated safety critical environment. As Electronic / Controls Engineer you will * Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar). * Produce control system documentation, including functional design specifications (FDS) and electrical schematics. * Commission and trouble shoot control systems * Collaborate with other stakeholders as is necessary It is envisaged that the ideal Electronic / Controls Engineer will posses * A suitable qualification (Electronic / Instrument Engineering or similar) * Proven experience in a similar role (ECI Engineer, Controls Engineer, Commissioning Engineer etc) In return our client can provide a salary of up to £55,000 plus the usual benefits at this level.
