Responsibilities
* Shape supervision strategies that support Consumer Duty and Financial Crime initiatives.
* Drive meaningful change in high‑profile portfolios affecting millions of consumers.
* Influence senior decision‑makers across a range of firms.
* Collaborate across FCA departments (Prudential, Resolution, Financial Crime, Enforcement).
* Lead risk mitigation, setting clear expectations and using formal powers where needed.
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Minimum Skills
* Experience in financial advice, wealth management, investment intermediary or related regulatory, consultancy, or compliance role.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Experience making timely risk‑based decisions with clear analysis and strategy.
Essential
* Build effective working relationships to deliver supervisory outcomes.

* Manage priorities flexibly.
* Influence and negotiate while maintaining integrity.
* Sound understanding (or willingness to learn) of the Consumer Investments sector and its risks.
