What Youll Be Doing
1. Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
2. Developing creative strategies to attract high-quality talent
3. Screening and shortlisting candidates across multiple vacancies
4. Conducting engaging telephone interviews and initial assessments
5. Building strong relationships with hiring managers across the business
