A Snapshot of Your Day
As an IT Support Technician, you'll start your day checking the support ticket queue and prioritizing urgent issues. Throughout the day, you might troubleshoot a printer connection for the accounting team, help a new employee set up their workstation, and remotely diagnose network connectivity issues at one of our parking facilities. You'll collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects while providing friendly, patient support to colleagues across multiple locations. Your problem-solving skills will be put to good use as you tackle everything from simple password resets to complex software configurations.

* Improve operational efficiency by documenting solutions and building a knowledge base
What You Bring
* 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, with a track record of solving diverse technical issues
* Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
* Excellent communication skills that allow you to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms
* A customer-service mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
* Self-motivation and time management skills to handle multiple support requests efficiently
* Relevant education in IT or computer science, with certifications like CompTIA A+ as a plus
* Flexibility to occasionally travel to different locations to provide on-site support
