7. Ensure timely submission of tax filings and statutory compliance.
8. Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
9. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving its objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time Finance Director should:
11. Strong educational background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
12. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
13. Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data.
14. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
15. Qualified Accountant
