WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for the office manager will include but are not limited to:
* Ordering and ongoing distrubtiuon of colleague uniforms, supplies and stocking of on duty meals.
* Motivate and manage the uniform and office housekeeping team.
* Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and functionality of all office and colleague areas.
* Make minor uniform repairs (e.g. sewing buttons, fixing small tears) as needed.
* Assist with main entrance deliveries and ensure timely distribution to appropriate teams.
* Organise and support staff activites and internal events to strengthen team culture.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR OFFICE MANAGER
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Able to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure in a busy people driven environment.
* Ideally experience within the hospitality sector.
