An excellent opportunity to join our fast-paced Distribution team at Tesco.
In this Finance Manager – Transport role, you will partner with Regional Transport Managers, Distribution Centre Managers, and their teams to provide financial stewardship and insightful business partnering. You will support in-year operations by helping deliver budgets and forecasts, and drive longer-term improvement plans through our Save to Invest initiatives.
Business partnering the Regional Transport Managers and Distribution Centre Lead Transport Managers.
Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes, ensuring integrity across areas and providing in-depth knowledge of performance to key stakeholders, including presenting at weekly and periodic finance reviews.
Building positive relationships with the Bengaluru team that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, driving continuous improvement and simplification in reporting.
Supporting the business teams by providing financial expertise for end-to-end business plans, including investment committee papers and Save to Invest (S2I) initiatives.
Supporting the development, simplification, and enhancement of KPI analysis tools.
Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivilent)
Ability to proactively engage with and challenge both finance and non-finance senior stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
