Are you an experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive with a background in conveyancing, land development, new homes or infrastructure-related property work?
We are recruiting for an opportunity within a respected regional law firms Land Development & New Homes team in Newark. This role would suit someone who enjoys high-quality fee-earning work, works well to deadlines, and takes pride in delivering excellent client care.
You will support clients on a range of land development and new homes matters, working closely with senior fee earners while helping to drive service delivery, department growth and cross-referrals across the wider business.
Key responsibilities
* Manage fee-earning work accurately and in line with quality and risk procedures
* Provide an ongoing high standard of service to existing clients
* Support Partners and Fee Earners with business development activity
* Assist in developing the Land Development & New Homes department
* Help generate fee income in line with agreed targets
* Maintain accurate time recording and support billing procedures
* Keep up to date with relevant law, practice and legal developments
* Support financial control, including monies on account and cash flow awareness
