Duties & Responsibilities Manage and grow your territory through new business development and direct sales to farms
Plan and conduct regular on-site visits, identifying customer needs and promoting solutions
Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing and Technical Services
Maintain accurate sales activity records within the CRM system
Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events and conferences
What Experience is Required Proven sales background, ideally in agricultural or farming-related industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organisational skills
Salary & Benefits Basic salary of £35,000
Uncapped commission structure

Location Field-based across Cornwall with regular travel. Commutable from: Truro, Newquay, Bodmin, St Austell, Falmouth, Penzance, Redruth and surrounding areas.
