Our Client is recruiting an Operations Manager for their luxury 4* hotel in Northamptonshire. This is an opportunity for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to consolidate their career or for a strong F&B Manager looking for career progression. You will be a hands-on Operations Manager who is passionate about the industry and creating an excellent guest experience at all times.

Operations Manager - The Role
* Reporting to the General Manager
* Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management
* Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping etc.
* The Operations Manager will manage all heads of department
* Ensuring high-class service standards are maintained and improved
Operations Manager - The Person
* Already working as an Operations Manager or strong F&B Manager
* Luxury Hotel experience
* Corporate experience is a strong advantage
* Financially aware and able to manage budgets
* Strong leader and coach
* An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests
