* Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
* Financial management: Exposure to managing a P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive optimal performance
* Customer service excellence: Experience delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a memorable experience
