Job Title: Office Administrator – HGV Workshop

About Us:
We are a very busy family business, specialising in Commercials Vehicles. An opportunity has arisen in our HGV workshop, where we provide high-quality maintenance and repair services. We are now seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our HGV workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking in work and scheduling jobs for the workshop team
* Preparing and maintaining job sheets and customer maintenance schedules
* Raising and processing invoices
* Ordering and arranging parts as required
* Liaising with customers and providing regular updates on their vehicles
* General office administration and support to the workshop manager
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within the automotive/HGV industry preferred but not essential)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
* Confident using computer systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
