Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated individual for a newly created role within the Finance Team for someone to join as our Systems and Data Administrator, as a newly created role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the Finance Director and wider business to shape and develop a role with reach across the whole Lee Baron Business. The role will initially be office based in our Bristol Office with the opportunity for 1 or 2 days working from home after probationary period.
This role will suit someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail with an interest in IT Systems and/or Finance. You will have strong IT skills and a desire to learn and influence process and procedures.
Responsibilities
Data Management – MRI Qube
Responsibility for the inputting, updating and ensuring the accuracy of Property, tenant and financial data sets within multiple MRI Qube systems (Property Management System). This will include:
* Creating new Client and property data sets
* Creating and maintaining the charts of accounts within the General Ledger
* Creating, amending or updating tenant and lease data
* Actioning lease renewals, rent reviews and terminations
Financial Data Management – MRI Qube
Working with the Finance team to ensure that financial requirements are maintained and updated in line with individual property requirements. This will include:
* Entering and updating Service Charge Budgets
* Updating tenant & leaseholders charges for new budgets
* Preparing and reviewing the monthly and quarterly financial charges reports for approval
In addition to the management of the system data, there will be the opportunity to work with the Finance Directors to implement and/or maintain various KPI and reporting trackers as well as review and update are procuedure documents and processes.
Requirements
* Some experience in system administration or data management role would be an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
* Administrative experience within an Accounts or IT environment is preferred.
* A desire to learn on the job and ability to shape a role and contribute to a team environment
