What you’ll do:
* Manage all aspects of medical receptionist duties
* Liaise with patients, consultants, and other clinic users, providing exceptional customer support.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries from patients, hospitals, and other healthcare practices.
* Handle billing, invoicing, and insurance correspondence where required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a medical environment, or knowledge of healthcare, would be a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Positive attitude and exceptional administrative and customer service skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Attention to detail.
