We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Reception Team at Greggs and really help to support our Greggs House colleagues

About the role

13. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) working 1pm-5pm Monday to Friday, though some flexibility is appreciated.
14. In line with the needs of the reception role it is office based, at Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

What you'll do

As Receptionist you’ll:

15. Be the warm and welcoming face of Greggs House to all of our colleagues and visitors
16. Provide a friendly response to all internal and external phone calls
17. Be responsible for ordering stationery supplies and keeping the Greggs House kitchens stocked up
18. Support with welcoming New Starters, making sure they have a badge and entry fob
19. Make meeting arrangements and taxi bookings
20. Sort out all incoming and outgoing post and make sure it gets to the right people
21. Be responsible for pool car keys and making sure all cars are logged on the car park portal
22. Carry out a range of other administrative tasks as required
23. Maintain meeting room and kitchen standards and replenish supplies for these rooms

About you

You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

24. A proven ability to provide excellence in customer service

25. Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

26. You are organised and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

27. Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together

28. Are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good

29. Some experience of administrative tasks

30. Some knowledge of Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams is desirable but not essential

31. Want to develop and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey!
