Salary - £32,475 - £40,594 + overtime + standby (OTE of £6000 in overtime, standby and callout payments)
Location: Bran Sands, Teesside (Mobile Worker with van and fuel card provided)

We are recruiting an Industrial Electrical Technician for the Industrial Maintenance team in the Teesside Area. No two days are the same, offering opportunities in fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance to enhance plant availability.
At Northumbrian Water Group, we offer diverse equipment and opportunities to specialize in areas such as PLCs, telemetry, level control, and variable speed drives.
The role is fully mobile, with a provided van, and starts and ends at home. All tools and equipment are supplied to minimize plant downtime.
The position involves participation in an out-of-hours standby rota, with relevant training provided. Additional payments are made for standby, callouts, and extra hours.

About you
You will be a time-served Electrical Technician with at least ONC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, experienced in reactive and planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and electrical drawings.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, practical skills, and a keen eye for root cause analysis are essential. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a strong health and safety ethic are also required. A full UK driving license is mandatory.
What we will give you
Opportunity to earn up to 4 Technical Modules annually (£1500 per module), with a minimum of 2 modules achieved within 3 years.
