Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
✔ Meeting clients face to face and visiting sites to strengthen relationships
✔ Qualifying CVs and matching the right candidates to key healthcare roles
✔ Growing your desk through proactive sales, networking, market research, and social media engagement
✔ Building rapport and long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
✔ Identifying new business opportunities and driving sector growth
What We're Looking For:
We want driven, passionate Recruitment Consultants who are hungry for success and motivated by sales.
You should have:
⭐ At least 6 months of experience as a Recruitment Consultant (any sector welcome)
⭐ A strong sales background and a proven ability to hit targets
