A growing organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5.30 (part time hours may be considered)
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders, including generating sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
* Producing and issuing relevant licence documentation to customers
* Liaising with freight forwarders to coordinate delivery of hardware to end users
* Uploading invoices to the banking system
* Managing the accounts receivable process
* Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes
* Assisting with general finance administration, including bank reconciliations and employee expenses
* Supporting the annual audit process
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* Previous experience of working as finance administrator
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including lookups and pivot tables)
* Experience with Sage 50 is desirable but not essential
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Comfortable managing a busy and varied workload
