Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in HR? Do you want hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle, whilst working as part of a supportive and collaborative HR team? Were looking for an enthusiastic and organised Graduate People Services Coordinator to join our People Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced HR environment, develop your knowledge of HR processes and systems, and build a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Gain Exposure Across the Employee Lifecycle - Support a variety of HR processes from onboarding new starters to managing employee records, contract changes, supporting leavers, giving you a broad understanding of core HR operations.
* Help Create a Great New Starter Experience - Assist with preparing offer letters, contracts, right‑to‑work documentation, and onboarding activities to ensure employees feel welcomed and supported from day one.
* Develop Your HR Systems Knowledge - Learn how to maintain employee records using Oracle HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while gaining valuable experience with HR technology.
* Support Managers and Employees - Act as a first point of contact for HR‑related queries, helping employees and managers navigate processes and providing excellent customer service.
* Build Reporting and Data Skills - Prepare regular reports for HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments, developing your analytical and data management capabilities.
* Get Involved in Key HR Projects - Work alongside HR Business Partners on important initiatives such as annual salary reviews, bonus processes, employee communications, and continuous improvement projects.
* Learn About Payroll and Benefits - Support payroll administration and gain exposure to employee benefits, including private medical cover, company cars, cycle‑to‑work schemes, and long‑service awards.
* Contribute to Process Improvements - Bring fresh ideas and help identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.


Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:

* A degree in any discipline, combined with a strong interest and passion to work in HR.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong customer service mindset and a collaborative approach


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* A degree in Human Resources.
* Previous administrative, customer service, or office‑based experience
