Here at GXO, we're recruiting for an Inventory Clerk to support our Multi-User operation in Corby.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern (06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00). You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting operational processes, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day warehouse administration.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate stock and pallet records to protect inventory integrity and minimise risk
* Manage stock movement documentation and update systems in line with operational activity
* Maintain WMS data and support reporting to ensure high service levels and accuracy
* Liaise with customers, hauliers and internal teams to resolve operational queries
* Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an inventory, warehouse or administrative role
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
* A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage varied task
