About the role:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Runwood Homes. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm welcome and handle telephone enquiries professionally. In addition to reception duties, you will support the Home Administrator with tasks such as payroll preparation, recruitment, and ordering supplies.

About you:
As a Receptionist, you should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and prior experience with payroll. Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills are essential. Our Receptionists are approachable, bubbly, and eager to resolve queries. Building relationships with residents, their families, and staff is also key.
Experience working in the care sector is preferred.
