Offer description

The role of Call Handler will include:
1. Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties
2. Responding to emergency calls from customers
3. Updating and maintaining data systems and customer records
4. Delivering a high quality standard of service to customers
5. Hybrid working after 6 months

Skills and experiences:

6. Previous experience working in a similar role
7. Excellent customer service skills
8. Excellent communication and listening skills
9. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and targets
10. Basic knowledge of information systems and databases
11. Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
