This is a wonderful opportunity to join my client, an industry-leading, innovative Multidisciplinary Consultancy renowned for lending their expertise to projects across the Engineering and Environmental landscapes. They are actively seeking a capable, driven Graduate Hydraulic Modeller who is willing to take on a variety of challenges near the leafy, sought-after town of Taunton.

Responsibilities for the role of Graduate Hydraulic Modeller include:
Producing hydraulic models and surveys
Analysing and interpreting data from the field, and using it to inform reports
Generating plans using MapInfo
Working closely with clients and stakeholders
Undertaking site visits on behalf of the company
Adhering to industry standards, regulations, and the appropriate health and safety measures at all times
Required skills and experience for the role of Graduate Hydraulic Modeller include:
A Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Hydrology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography, or a similar, relevant discipline
A passion for modelling (especially wastewater modelling)
Good knowledge of InfoWorks ICM, and other relevant software packages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full, valid UK driving licence
Desirable skills and experience for the role of Graduate Hydraulic Modeller include:
Good knowledge of the local area and surrounding region
Working knowledge of a range of other software systems used within the flood risk, drainage, and hydrology sectors
Some prior experience in a hydraulic modelling role
