Hours: 40 per week

Join us as a Deputy Manager at Bilton Court in Wellingborough, a welcoming and well-established care home known for its warm, community-focused environment and dedicated team. Bilton Court supports older people with kindness, dignity, and personalised care—making it a place where both residents and staff feel valued.

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or a confident Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career. You will bring a strong understanding of adult social care and the needs of older people, along with the leadership skills to inspire and support our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that Bilton Court continues to deliver exceptional care. You will use your management expertise to maintain high-quality standards through effective supervision, safeguarding practices, and robust audits and inspections. Your leadership will help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can thrive.

We are seeking someone who is customer-focused, passionate about high-quality care, and meticulous in their attention to detail. If you are committed to making a positive difference and want to develop your career in a supportive, friendly home, Bilton Court could be the perfect place for you.

Bilton Court in Wellingborough is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 48 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
