Their ability to deliver such a wide range of services has led to continued success, and they are now looking to add to their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities and will be predominantly site-based. You will be responsible for organising and managing all directly employed and subcontracted labour on site, approving timesheets and invoices for subcontracted staff. Additionally, you will be involved in ordering materials and ensuring deliveries meet programme requirements. A key aspect of the role is ensuring a high standard of health and safety on site, preparing method statements and risk assessments to maintain compliance with company standards. You will also attend site meetings and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Project Manager or Site Manager looking to advance their career, with strong roofing knowledge and excellent communication skills to manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and respected construction company, working on a variety of commercial roofing projects across London, with clear progression routes and ongoing technical and professional development.The Role:
