We are currently recruiting for a Night Porter at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Live in accommodation is available for this role at just £69.93 per week. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located in Northamptonshire and offers 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. The property features a destination spa and wellness facilities, with formal gardens and parkland designed by Capability Brown in the 1760s.
Responsibilities
* The Night Porter delivers an exceptional guest experience throughout the night, engaging in tasks such as working at the bar, cleaning, setting up conference rooms, and delivering room service orders.
* Maintain a safe, healthy, secure workplace and hotel environment at night, following all work protocols and communicating with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
* Build and maintain relationships within the team and ensure clear communication between shifts.

About You
* Knowledge and experience of working in a luxury four or five star hotel, ideally currently on night shifts.
* Passionate about going above and beyond for guests and able to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through appropriate hotel products and facilities.
* Demonstrates a high level of emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs and deliver a Hand Picked experience.
* Enthusiastic, proactive problem solver who finds solutions and acts calmly under pressure.

* Competitive salary package of £31,865.60 per year, plus a share of service charge.
* Full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota, 40 hours per week (may vary with business needs).
