The Role:
* Troubleshoot and resolve production and process issues
* Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
* Carry out root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
* Support process control and compliance audits
* Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teams
What we need:
* Manufacturing / engineering experience
* Knowledge of lean & problem-solving tools
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Proactive, detail-focused approach
