An experienced Nursery Room Leader is required by this lovely client based in Winnersh, to step up to Third in Charge, working alongside the management team. Working a 40 hr week, monday to friday, a fantastic salary is being offered c £33k depending on experience, together with great benefits.

What our Clients are looking for
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
