Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive, professional Sales & Training Coordinator to drive client-facing activity at Bowtec. You will manage sales enquiries, follow up with clients, and help secure new business, while also ensuring our training materials and documentation are polished, professional, and client-ready.
This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
2. Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries (email, phone, web).
3. Log and track enquiries in CRM, prepare quotes, and follow up until closure.
4. Close small–medium sales independently; escalate larger opportunities to the operations manager.
