What you’ll be doing
as a TOTEX Programme Senior Analyst?
As a TOTEX Programme Senior analyst, you’ll support the management and performance of the Waste & Bioresources Directly Managed Capital programme, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality. You’ll:
1. Provide financial insight, reporting and assurance across the capital programme, including capital and operational efficiencies
2. Track programme performance against agreed targets and support performance reporting into governance forums
3. Identify key risks across the programme and support the development and monitoring of mitigation plans
4. Partner with operational and business stakeholders to challenge assumptions, balance priorities and support delivery
5. Monitor, track and analyse programme financials, benefits and outputs, ensuring data is accurate and meaningful
6. Build strong working relationships across finance, operations and delivery teams
The essential criteria to help you succeed in this role is:
7. Demonstrable experience in finance partnering, programme support or business analysis within a complex organisation
8. Strong financial and commercial understanding, with the ability to analyse data and provide clear insight
9. Experience using enterprise financial systems, such as SAP
10. Proven ability to manage priorities, assess risk and support delivery across multiple workstreams
11. Confident communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
Additional skills and experiences would be great to have:
12. A finance, business or programme management qualification, or equivalent experience
13. Experience supporting capital investment or infrastructure programmes
14. Knowledge of programme or project management frameworks
