A specialist SEN school in Sheffield is recruiting a Graduate Behaviour Mentor from September 2025. This is an ideal role for graduates exploring educational psychology, SEN teaching, or youth mentoring careers.
The Role
The Graduate Behaviour Mentor will work closely with pupils aged 11–16 who present with SEMH needs. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will de-escalate behaviour, encourage positive emotional development, and provide consistent support. You will also work alongside teachers, ensuring pupils are engaged with lessons.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Behaviour Mentor
* Degree (2:1 or higher, Psychology graduates encouraged)
* Excellent communication and resilience to succeed as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor
* Experience in care, youth work, or coaching is useful for a Graduate Behaviour Mentor
* Must have right to work in the UK
