We are seeking a friendly, motivated team player to bring great energy and service to our restaurant and bar. As a key representative of our venue, you’ll extend a warm welcome to guests and owners, take their orders, deliver tasty food and drinks, and create a hospitable atmosphere that encourages them to return.Key Responsibilities- Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they have a great experience.- Taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.- Handling payments and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.- Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.- Working closely with all team across the venue to deliver operational excellence.- Knowing the menu well enough, to assist guests with recommendations and queries.Requirements- Previous experience in a pub, restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is desirable but not required as training will be provided.- Effective communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
