Anwick, Lincolnshire | 2nd Line IT Support | Manufacturing IT | On-Site Role Overview Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer or 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience in a manufacturing or production environment? We are recruiting an IT Site Services Specialist to join a busy IT Operations team supporting a large-scale manufacturing facility in Anwick, Lincolnshire (near Sleaford, Lincoln, Grantham and Newark). This is a hands-on, site-based IT Support role not a remote helpdesk position. The Role IT Site Services / 2nd Line IT Support As the on-site IT Specialist, you will: - Deliver 2nd Line IT Support across factory and production systems - Support end-user devices, mobile devices and printing hardware - Manage incidents, service requests, changes and problem records (ITIL) - Support VOIP telephony, AV equipment and network cabling - Provide proactive IT maintenance, upgrades and patching - Work directly with engineering teams and site leadership - Ensure IT service availability in a live manufacturing environment You will be the primary IT Support contact on-site. What Youll Need - 3 years experience in 2nd Line IT Support / IT Support Engineer role - Experience supporting IT in manufacturing, production or factory environments - Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management - Experience with printers, mobile devices, AV and network troubleshooting - Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills - Full UK Driving Licence Desirable: ITIL certification, Microsoft/vendor qualifications.
