As UK Marketing Director, you’ll join the senior leadership team and shape go-to-market strategy, driving demand generation, audience engagement and brand excellence. You’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team, working alongside world-class designers, product marketers and sales teams, all united by a shared mission.
About You:
* Proven B2B performance marketer with a track record in driving pipeline and measurable growth in the technology space and able to evidence increasing MQL’s through campaigns.
* Data-driven and creative, with deep understanding of customer journeys, personas and buying cycles.
* Proficient in marketing tech and automation including HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and AI tools.
* Expert in developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital formats including email, social, web and search.
* Confident leader with strong planning, analytical and presentation skills.
* Inspiring team manager who empowers and develops people.
* Applicants with demonstrable experience in EdTech will be prioritised.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute the UK go-to-market strategy to deliver pipeline growth and protect brand position.
* Build deep audience understanding to create engaging, compelling campaigns that resonate at every stage of the pipeline.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and pipeline, providing clear updates to senior leadership.
* Lead demand generation across all channels: paid, social, web, SEO, content, webinars, events, ABM and nurture campaigns.
* Align closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, sharing insights and providing effective sales enablement tools.
* Direct, mentor and develop a team of marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Manage the UK marketing budget and deliver quarterly reports.
Where You'll Be Based:
Whilst flexibility is very much a part of the working arrangements, you'll need to be based within a reasonable commute of Leeds city centre to attend the office on a weekly basis. The Leeds office is high spec with all the mod cons and facilities you'd expect of a successful tech firm.
What Your Package Will Be:
A six-figure package including a good base salary, private healthcare, share schemes and more.
