Key Responsibilities Deliver expert, FCA-compliant financial advice across a range of products, including pensions, investments, and protection. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, service excellence, and regular reviews. Conduct detailed financial assessments and create bespoke recommendations aligned with client objectives. Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure advice is supported by accurate research and documentation. Keep up to date with regulatory changes, market trends, and product developments. Contribute to business growth through client retention, referrals, and professional networking. Skills and Qualifications Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) is essential. Strong, proven experience in providing holistic financial advice within a regulated environment. Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient planning. Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. Ethical, client-centred approach with a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
