Team Leader – Anglian Water Alliance
Location: Norwich or Ipswich
Hours: 45 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of one to five operatives on large-scale water utility schemes
* Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental legislation while maintaining excellent site standards
* Communicate effectively with delivery agents, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve issues
* Oversee completion of all safety reporting measures, site inspections, and required documentation
* Manage stock control, timesheets, and maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
* Full driving licence with B+E towing entitlement
* Accreditation: NRSWA, EUSR, SHEA, CSCS card (skilled), SSSTS
* NPORS/CPCS operator certification and NVQ in Service laying and Main laying
* Experience as a team leader within the water utilities sector
* Coaching and managing individuals effectively, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment
