MCS Group is recruiting a Warehouse & Returns Technician for our client based in Newtownabbey. Join a fast-paced team delivering high-quality technology to customers worldwide. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with technical evaluation of returned devices, giving you a unique mix of logistics and troubleshooting work. You'll be responsible for receiving and shipping products, configuring devices, and testing returned units to determine next steps. Working closely with engineering, supply chain, and customer support teams, you'll help ensure product quality, accurate order fulfilment, and continuous improvement.
