Mornings focus on communication and reading fluency using matched texts and simple talk frames. Afternoons target early number, problem solving and independence habits. You will use visuals, first then prompts and short checklists to break tasks into clear steps, then fade prompts as confidence grows. You will plan brief regulation breaks, agree re-entry steps with the teacher and record quick notes on what worked so next actions are obvious. You will keep resources tidy, protect smooth transitions and follow safeguarding and behaviour procedures at all times. The Candidate & Requirements: You notice small changes, keep boundaries consistent and explain ideas in plain language. Degree, 2:2 or above. Psychology preferred. Communication, confident written and spoken English. Enhanced DBS, held already or willingness to obtain. Desire to work in education or with children, interest in SEN and wellbeing.
