Enforcement Agent
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 + uncapped commission
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.

About the Role
As a Enforcement Agent, you will:
* Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders
* Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans
* Overseeing payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.
* Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services
* Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements
* Striving for continuous improvement and reporting to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.
