Business Development Manager
Our client, a global manufacturer of high-quality commercial fridges and freezers, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead the UK launch of an exciting new product range. Known worldwide for innovation, reliability, and premium engineering, this organisation prides itself on delivering cutting-edge solutions sold through an existing dealer network for the foodservice and hospitality sectors
As their recruitment partner, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with the drive, professionalism, and commercial acumen to maximise growth within an established dealer network. This is a national role, and while the preferred candidate location is between Manchester and Birmingham, there is flexibility for the right individual-provided you are based close to a major motorway.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the face of the new UK product launch. Although the position is 100% new business, all activity will come through an existing, warm, and highly active dealer network-meaning you will be building new revenue lines from partners who already buy and already trust the brand.
You will work nationally, developing dealer relationships, presenting new product solutions, and driving awareness and uptake of the new refrigeration range ahead of its exclusive UK release in January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch and drive UK growth of an innovative commercial refrigeration portfolio.
* Develop and manage relationships with national dealer partners.
* Deliver sales presentations, product training, and business development strategies.
* Achieve revenue targets while representing a respected, quality-focused manufacturer.
Requirements
* Proven experience selling into dealer or distributor networks in foodservice, hospitality, or catering equipment.
* You may have sold catering equipment, foodservice products, chemicals, or any relevant solution into hospitality or dealer-led channels.
* Strong commercial awareness and a polished, professional manner.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: £45,000-£50,000
* Bonus: £15,000-£20,000 OTE
* Car Allowance: £700 per month
