We're recruiting for an Administrator to join our well established and respected client based in Loughborough on a full-time, temp to perm basis. Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience). The Role: As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support and reception duties supporting Sales, Estimating and the Contract teams with a variety of administrative tasks. Using Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and Excel to help perform duties. Job Description: Answer phone Meeting visitors Input enquiries for house builders, counter and residential Complete drawing and design register Upload and download to customer portals O&M manuals Copy, print and issuing residential drawing for manufacture Input and update transport sheet Print and collate delivery notes Update financial meeting minutes Collate and file health and safety docs, RAMS, sign off sheets, contractor handovers. Updated contract risk register Collate and file site reports Other day to day admin duties, issuing reports, arrange teams meeting etc. Personal Qualities: Professional and friendly with good telephone manner to greet customers and visitors. Proactive with ability to carry out responsibilities, work off own initiative with minimal supervision and work as part of close-knit team.
