A highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ) to join its successful West Midlands team. The role would suit an NQ (qualifying in 2026) with at least one commercial real estate seat, or alternatively, you may be a qualified real estate solicitor looking for a fresh challenge where you can see better opportunity. This exciting role involves handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including commercial acquisitions, disposals, development work, landlord and tenant issues, and asset management. You''ll have great support and ample scope to cut your teeth on some really interesting projects.
