Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts Mon–Sun)
Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE £50,000+
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a dynamic telesales team within our busy Contact Centre. You’ll report to the Contact Centre Manager and play a crucial role in coaching, motivating, and guiding your team to consistently exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop sales agents to achieve KPIs and personal goals
Support succession planning through staff development
Analyse performance data to pinpoint coaching needs
Assist with recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent
Drive commercial strategies to enhance revenue and service quality
Monitor absence and timekeeping in line with company policy
Ensure FCA compliance and adherence to internal procedures
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing telesales or sales teams
Strong coaching, performance management, and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word essential)
Experience in regulated environments (FCA)
Knowledge of Travel Insurance a bonus
Analytical mindset with problem-solving strengths
Confident, hands-on leadership style

Mon–Fri: 8:30 am–8:00 pm | Sat: 9:00 am–5:00 pm | Sun: 10:00 am–5:00 pm | Bank Holidays: 10:00 am–4:00 pm
